How long have you been on DeviantArt? Nearly five years now, although I was mainly active in the first two. I am now able to spend more time on here though, and it's great being back.

What does your username mean? Well, when I was a teenager I came up with several names for clubs based on my world and the characters in it, and Fluffys minion was the only one that worked in singular. Fluffy is the unfortunate name of the major dragon character, one of my friends nicknamed him that and wouldn't stop until it stuck.

Describe yourself in three words. Artist, biologist, paleontologist

Are you left or right handed? Right!

What was your first deviation? A watercolour painting of a simurgh, which is interestingly the most popular thing I've ever done by basically every metric XD I have improved a lot since then, but there was something right about that painting that I have never matched since. 

What is your favourite type of art to create? I love the process of painting with watercolours, there's something relaxing about having to take breaks and having to accept that it will do it's own thing. It's nice not having to control everything and just letting the paints do the work for you. That being said, I also love the constraints of beadwork. It's very interesting trying to think of ways to make things that initially seem like they wouldn't work. Also beading's good because you can do it while down the pub or during a film, and it doesn't stop you talking to people.

If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be? Digital painting, I would love to be able to paint fantasy/ sci-fi landscapes with messy brushstrokes and buckets of atmosphere. I really love slightly angular stuff as well. I have also always wanted to make cuddly toys as well...

What was your first favourite? Probably something done by my first watcher, probably a wolf.

What type of art do you tend to favourite the most? Nowadays probably stuff done by my friends, most of the groups I am in are pretty dead, I need to find some inspiring new ones.

Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist? Probably I love her comic and that painting style is gorgeous.

If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be? Definitely I keep forgetting you have changed your username... Although I have met and she's awesome! We have had great times doing mad collabs and moaning about life and the Hobbit films... I would also very much like to meet , who I have sort of lost contact with since she left dA but is nonetheless a great person, we miss you Kebs!

How has a fellow deviant impacted your life? Massively! I owe my beading to and and the gang for encouraging me to post it online and therefore forcing me to make things without patterns, and without dA in general I rarely draw anything. is probably part of the reason I now have a snake, since she showed me what awesome pets reptiles can be

What are your preferred tools to create art? Seed beads and wire! Beads of all colours and sizes, Beads beads beads beads. My room is full of them. I also love my watercolour set, which was possibly the second best birthday present I have ever got

What is the most inspirational place for you to create art? Well, my favourite place was actually the college common room where the science fiction society meetings took place, followed closely by a corner of the local pub and the floor of my friend's room. Nothing encourages me to create more than friends asking me about what I'm making. 

What is your favourite DeviantArt memory? I think the minute after I posted my first deviation was pretty special, since there were loads of favourites pretty much immediately and that really shocked me. Although the time Doodles critiqued basically my entire gallery was also pretty memorable, and people responding to art I have done for them is something I always love to see
