Commission: Imperial might

A commission for BahamutRegent on FilghtRising.

It's done! A dragon with wings, finally. I had been wanting to make a beaded version of a flightrising dragon for a while so I was thrilled when I was commissioned to make one. However, with everything that's been happening recently it took me far longer than I had hoped, so I wasn't quite so enthusiastic towards the end XD

I am however very pleased with the result. The wings are not as realistic as the griffin's but are far lighter and can be moved safely, the tail is posable rather than floppy, which I am also pretty pleased with. The facial structure is probably the pare I'm most proud of though, I think it matches the illustrations very well.

It's approximately 15cm long with a similar wingspan.

Size 11 seed beads, size 15 seed beads, large glass beads, wire of various thicknesses, beading thread.
